Group Fitness

The Athletic Club offers a wide range of group classes to accommodate any fitness and interest level. With instructors to challenge and encourage you and friends to sweat with you, group exercise is a great way to get fit and have fun. Our classes are structured into four categories: Aerobics Plus, Cycling, Mind-Body, and Aqua.

Aerobic Plus

Aerobics Plus classes are designed to get your heart pounding and your adrenaline pumping. Classes range from Latin dance-inspired classes like Zumba to muscle-building work like Ripped Abs.

Cycling

Cycle classes are geared toward those who wish to peddle their way to physical fitness. Choices range from 45- to 75-minute sessions and can be enjoyed by individuals of all fitness levels.

Mind-Body

Mind-Body classes are intended to improve your balance and flexibility and emphasize the importance of a connection between the mind and the body. Choices include a wide variety of Yoga, ensuring that all fitness levels can benefit from this rejuvenating style of exercise.

Aqua

Aqua classes take place year-round in our 25-meter, 4-lane swimming pool. They are perfect for anyone interested in a high-intensity/low-impact workout. Aqua classes combine cardio, interval and resistance training with swimming to create a total-body workout.
