Progressive Personal Training

You can achieve exceptional results through the Athletic Club's personal training department staffed with Nationally Certified Trainers and Sports Specialists. One-on-One training is designed for one client with a trainer. You'll get individual attention, motivation and inspiration. Personal trainers take the time in creating specific, personalized programs to challenge you with varying, progressive sessions that eliminate plateaus. Results are soon to follow.

Partner training is designed for two clients with a trainer. Personal trainers give partner training a thumbs-up for staying power. When two clients make a goal to change their lifestyle together, the odds of reaching that goal increase dramatically. This buddy system approach can remove any anxiety of first-time training and set up a lifelong, joint commitment to health and fitness.

Semi-Private training is designed for a small group of 4-6 people with a trainer. The small group setting offers a variety of benefits including team-oriented motivation, social interaction, healthy competitive challenges and increased well being associated with reaching goals together.

Boot Camp training is designed for a group of 6-10 people with a trainer. This larger group setting is perfect for those who need the direction and inspiration from others pursuing physical fitness. The benefits of boot camp training are increased strength and endurance, allowing you to push harder and longer, taking every repetition, lap, stretch and exercise to the maximum.
